Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r39: r 39 Information, training and instruction suitable for the work, risks and controls, and understandable

For s 19 of the Act the PCBU ensures information, training and instruction given to a worker is suitable and adequate having regard to the nature of the work, the risks of the work at the time, and the control measures implemented, and ensures so far as reasonably practicable that it is given in a way each recipient can readily understand (language, literacy, format).
