Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r54-55: rr 54 and 55 Manage falling objects: prevent free fall, or arrest it

The PCBU manages under Part 3.1 the risk of an object falling on a person where it is reasonably likely to injure them, and where the risk cannot be eliminated provides adequate protection through a safe system of work that prevents objects falling freely so far as reasonably practicable or, if not, provides a system to arrest the fall, for example secure barriers, safe means of raising and lowering objects, or exclusion zones.
