Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r391: r 391 Pipeline operators manage risks, identify contents and notify public-place transfers

The operator of a pipeline transferring hazardous chemicals manages the risks of the transfer under Part 3.1, ensures so far as reasonably practicable the chemical transferred is identified by a label, sign or other means on or near the pipeline, and, where a Schedule 11 hazardous chemical is transferred into a public place, notifies the regulator of the supplier, the receiver and the correct classification.
