Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r390: r 390 Pipeline builders notify the regulator for pipelines crossing public places

A person intending to build a pipeline that will cross into a public place and carry a Schedule 11 hazardous chemical gives the regulator, before construction starts, the intended owner and operator, specifications, operation, maintenance, renewal and relaying procedures, public places crossed and emergency response procedures, and gives the information again before commissioning, before the pipeline is likely to contain the chemical, when it changes, before repairs and when any part is removed, decommissioned, closed or abandoned.
