Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r389: r 389 Pipeline owners manage transfer risks and outside interference

The owner of a pipeline used to transfer hazardous chemicals manages the risks of the transfer (testing, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance and decommissioning) and ensures so far as reasonably practicable that activities, structures, equipment or substances outside the pipeline do not affect it or the chemicals so as to increase risk.
