Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r385-388: rr 385, 387 and 388 Carcinogen authorisation holders: report changes, give exposure statements, keep records for 30 years

A carcinogen authorisation applicant or holder notifies the regulator in writing of any change to the application information before it happens or as soon as practicable; gives each worker who used, handled or stored the carcinogen, at the end of their engagement, a written statement of the carcinogen, the period of possible exposure, where exposure records can be obtained, and whether regular health assessments and which tests are advisable; and records the full name, date of birth and address of each worker likely to be exposed and keeps each authorisation and its conditions for 30 years after the authorisation ends.
