Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r380-382: rr 380 to 382 Prohibited carcinogens, restricted carcinogens, restricted chemicals and PCBs

A PCBU does not use, handle or store, or direct or allow a worker to use, handle or store, a prohibited carcinogen (Schedule 10 table 10.1) except for genuine research or analysis with the regulator's authorisation; a restricted carcinogen (table 10.2) for a listed purpose without the regulator's authorisation; or a restricted hazardous chemical (table 10.3) for a listed purpose; and does not use, handle or store polychlorinated biphenyls except in existing electrical equipment or construction material, for disposal, or for genuine research and analysis.
