Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r374-377: rr 374 to 377 Obtain health monitoring reports and give copies to the worker, the regulator and other PCBUs

The PCBU that commissioned monitoring takes all reasonable steps to obtain the practitioner's report as soon as practicable (covering the worker and practitioner details, date, exposure results, any advice of work-related disease, injury or illness, any recommendation for remedial measures and whether counselling is needed), gives a copy to the worker as soon as practicable, gives a copy to the regulator where it contains advice of possible work-related disease or a remedial recommendation, and gives copies to other PCBUs with the same monitoring duty.
