Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r360-362: rr 360 to 362 Emergency equipment, emergency plans for manifest-quantity sites, and safety equipment

A PCBU using, handling, generating or storing hazardous chemicals ensures emergency equipment is always available at the workplace; where a Schedule 11 hazardous chemical exceeds its manifest quantity, gives a copy of the workplace emergency plan to the primary emergency service organisation and revises the plan in line with any written recommendation it makes; and ensures safety equipment needed to control an identified chemical risk is provided, maintained and readily accessible.
