Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r357-358: rr 357 and 358 Spill containment and protection of containers from damage

Where a spill or leak of a solid or liquid hazardous chemical poses a risk, the PCBU ensures so far as reasonably practicable a spill containment system in each area of use, handling, generation or storage contains any spill and effluent within the workplace, does not bring incompatible chemicals together, and provides for clean-up and disposal; and protects containers, pipe work and attachments from impact or excessive loads.
