Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r349-350: rr 349 and 350 Display outer warning placards and placards above placard quantities

A PCBU ensures an outer warning placard complying with Schedule 13 is prominently displayed where the total quantity of a Schedule 11 hazardous chemical or group used, handled or stored exceeds the placard quantity (except flammable gases and liquids for vehicle refuelling at retail outlets), and a placard complying with Schedule 13 is prominently displayed where the quantity stored exceeds the placard quantity (except transport containers placarded under the ADG Code and underground retail fuel tanks).
