Where the quantity of a Schedule 11 hazardous chemical or group exceeds the manifest quantity, the PCBU prepares a manifest complying with Schedule 12, amends it as soon as practicable when the type or quantity or other information changes significantly, keeps it where agreed with the primary emergency service organisation, available for inspection and accessible to that organisation, and gives the regulator written notice (name and ABN, business type, previous occupier, relevant activities and the manifest) immediately on knowing of first use or at least 14 days before (whichever is earlier), similarly before a significant change in risk, and as soon as practicable after the chemicals cease to be kept, supplying further information on request.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
