A PCBU obtains the current SDS from the manufacturer, importer or supplier no later than first supply of the chemical to the workplace (or, if not possible, before first use), and again after an amendment, and keeps it readily accessible to workers who use, handle or store the chemical and to emergency service workers and others likely to be exposed, and to anyone likely to be affected who asks; for exempt consumer products and chemicals in transit it makes sufficient safe-use information accessible instead. A PCBU changes an SDS only if it is the manufacturer or importer acting under r 330, or by attaching a translation clearly marked as not part of the original.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
