The person with management or control ensures, so far as reasonably practicable, that plant used to lift or suspend persons or things is specifically designed for the load; if not practicable, that it creates no greater risk and, for people, that they ride in a securely attached work box, stay substantially within it, wear a harness where a fall is possible, and have a safe exit if the plant fails (stunt, acrobatic and theatrical work excepted). Lifting uses suitable attachments within safe working limits, loads do not travel over people unless the plant is designed for it, loads stay under control, and a load is shared between items of plant only where the method keeps each within its design capacity.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
