Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r214-215: rr 214 and 215 Powered mobile plant: manage overturning, falling objects, ejection, collision; operator protection and warnings

The person with management or control of powered mobile plant manages under Part 3.1 the risks of overturning, things falling on the operator, the operator being ejected, collision with people or things, and failure of pressurised elements releasing fluids; ensures so far as reasonably practicable a suitable combination of operator protective devices is provided, maintained and used; that no one but the operator rides unless equally protected; that the plant does not collide with pedestrians or other mobile plant; and, where collision is possible, that it has a warning device.
