Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r204: r 204 Commissioning, decommissioning and dismantling: safe, competent people, information and inspections

A person with management or control of plant does not commission it until satisfied it is, so far as reasonably practicable, without risks; does not decommission or dismantle it unless that can be done without risks so far as reasonably practicable; ensures those who install, assemble, construct, commission, decommission or dismantle it are competent and have the available risk information; and ensures those processes include inspections that monitor the risks.
