Australia Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 (MA000009) 25: Clause 25: Managerial staff (Hotels) salary absorption conditions

Where a Managerial staff (Hotels) employee is paid at least 125% of the clause 18.2 minimum salary, the part-time, hours, breaks, allowances, overtime, penalty, leave loading, full-time public holiday and accommodation deduction clauses do not apply, but the employer must roster at least 8 days off in each 4-week cycle, give paid time off equal to time worked on a public holiday, taken within 28 days (or within 6 months by written agreement kept as a record, with payment if not taken or on termination), calculate hourly amounts from the weekly equivalent of the salary (annual divided by 52, rounded to 10 cents), and reimburse money reasonably spent on the employer's behalf under its reimbursement policy.
