Australia Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) s912A-1g: s 912A(1)(g) and (2) Maintain internal dispute resolution and AFCA membership for retail clients

A licensee providing financial services to retail clients has a dispute resolution system consisting of an internal dispute resolution procedure that meets ASIC's standards (RG 271) and covers complaints about all services covered by the licence, and membership of the AFCA scheme, and gives ASIC the IDR data its instrument requires (civil penalty).
