Australia Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) s912B: s 912B Maintain compensation arrangements for retail clients

A licensee providing financial services to retail clients has arrangements for compensating them for loss or damage from breaches of Chapter 7 obligations by the licensee or its representatives, meeting the requirements of the Regulations (usually adequate professional indemnity insurance, including run-off) or approved by ASIC.
