Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r66-68: rr 66 to 68 Track entry, ensure exit and record exit from the confined space

For the period a permit operates, the employer must have a procedure through which the employer, or an assigned person, knows when any employee is inside the space (r 66). On completing work under a permit, the employer must ensure every employee has left the space (r 67) and must record in writing that everyone has come out (r 68, 60/300 penalty units) (s 21).
