The employer must keep every medical examination report a registered medical practitioner gives it under Part 4.3, and every biological monitoring result it arranged under the Part, for the period the Authority determines (no more than 30 years) or, if no period has been determined, for 30 years. Maximum fine: 60 penalty units (individual) or 300 (body corporate).
