Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r183: r 183 Inform employees about medical examinations and biological monitoring before starting

Before an employee starts work for the first time in a lead process the employer controls, the employer must make sure the employee has been told why medical examinations and biological monitoring are required and given the details of them. Maximum fine: 60 penalty units (individual) or 300 (body corporate).
