Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r190: r 190 Stop eating, drinking and smoking in lead areas and provide a clean eating area

Wherever a lead process is carried on, the employer must make sure nobody eats, drinks, chews gum or smokes, and nobody carries food, drink, gum or smoking materials. The employer must also, as far as reasonably practicable, give employees an eating and drinking place that lead from any lead process cannot contaminate. Maximum fine: 100 penalty units (individual) or 500 (body corporate), for each duty.
