Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s30-1-c: s 30(1)(c) Suppliers: give information to users on request

On request, a supplier of plant or a substance must provide the s 30(1)(b) information, on the purposes it was supplied for and the conditions for its safe use, to any current or intended user, including workers of the supplier's customer. Maximum penalty: 1800 penalty units (individual) or 9000 penalty units (body corporate).
