Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s30-1-b: s 30(1)(b) Suppliers: give adequate information with plant or substances

A supplier must give each person it supplies with plant or a substance adequate information about: (i) each purpose it was designed, made or supplied for; and (ii) the conditions required for it to be safe and free of health risks in such use. Maximum penalty: 1800 penalty units (individual) or 9000 penalty units (body corporate).
