Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s29-1-c: s 29(1)(c) Manufacturers: give adequate information with the plant or substance

A manufacturer must give each person it provides the plant or substance to adequate information about: (i) each purpose it was manufactured for; (ii) the results of testing and examination under s 29(1)(b); and (iii) any conditions needed for it to be safe and free of health risks when used for such a purpose. Maximum penalty: 1800 penalty units (individual) or 9000 penalty units (body corporate).
