Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s27-1-d: s 27(1)(d) Designers of plant: give information to users on request

On request, a plant designer must supply the s 27(1)(c) information (design purpose, test results and conditions for safe use) to any current or intended user of the plant. Maximum penalty: 1800 penalty units (individual) or 9000 penalty units (body corporate).
