Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s27-1-c: s 27(1)(c) Designers of plant: give adequate information with the design

A plant designer must give each person who receives the design and is to give effect to it adequate information about: (i) the purpose or purposes the plant was designed for; (ii) the results of the testing and examination under s 27(1)(b); and (iii) any conditions needed for the plant to be safe and free of health risks when used as designed. Maximum penalty: 1800 penalty units (individual) or 9000 penalty units (body corporate).
