Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s25-1-c: s 25(1)(c) Employees: co-operate with the employer's compliance actions

While at work, an employee must co-operate with any action their employer takes to meet a requirement of the Act or the regulations, such as following procedures, attending training, using controls and reporting hazards. Maximum penalty: 1800 penalty units; the offence is indictable but may be heard summarily.
