Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s22-2-a: s 22(2)(a) Keep information and records about employee health and safety

An employer must, as far as reasonably practicable, keep information and records that relate to the health and safety of its employees. This includes incident and injury records, hazard reports, health monitoring results, training and inspection records, so that trends can be identified and duties demonstrated. Maximum penalty under s 22(2): 60 penalty units (individual) or 300 penalty units (body corporate).
