Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s22-1-c: s 22(1)(c) Inform employees about health and safety, including who to contact

An employer must, as far as reasonably practicable, give its employees information on workplace health and safety, in other languages where appropriate. The information must include the names of the people an employee can go to with a health and safety enquiry or complaint. Maximum penalty under s 22(1): 240 penalty units (individual) or 1200 penalty units (body corporate).
