Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s153-2: s 153(2) Flag and correct false or misleading documents when producing them

When producing a document to comply, or purportedly comply, with the Act or regulations, a person who knows it is materially false or misleading must not produce it unless the person points out in what respect it is false or misleading and, where practicable, supplies the correct information. Maximum penalty: 240 penalty units for an individual, 1200 for a body corporate; indictable but may be heard summarily.
