Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s151D-2: s 151D Explain data collection systems to the Authority within 30 days

Through a written notice, the Authority can oblige a non-WorkCover employer to describe how it collects, collates, stores and retrieves data about its activities as an employer. The employer must respond within 30 days after receiving the notice, or a longer agreed period. Default is an offence with a daily penalty of 1 penalty unit for an individual or 5 for a body corporate.
