Through a written notice, the Authority can oblige a non-WorkCover employer to change the way it gathers, collates, stores, retrieves or transfers data, to the extent reasonably needed for the employer to meet ss 151A to 151C. The employer must comply within 30 days after receiving the notice or a longer agreed period. Default is an offence with a daily penalty of 1 penalty unit for an individual or 5 for a body corporate.
