Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s151C-2: s 151C Provide further information to the Authority within 30 days of a notice

Through a written notice, the Authority can oblige a non-WorkCover employer to give it, or a person it names, information it reasonably needs for the Act about the employer's activities as an employer or about an OHS matter specified in the notice. The employer must comply within 30 days after receiving the notice or any longer period agreed with the Authority. Default is an offence with a daily penalty of 1 penalty unit for an individual or 5 for a body corporate.
