The Authority issues instructions on the employment and occupational health, safety and welfare information a non-WorkCover employer must supply at specified intervals. Within 30 days after each interval ends, the employer must lodge a return in the approved form containing that information. Default is an offence with a daily penalty of 1 penalty unit for an individual or 5 for a body corporate while it continues.
