The SBA Lender treats as ineligible a business with an Associate who is incarcerated, serving a sentence of imprisonment, or under indictment for a felony or a crime of financial misconduct or false statement. Where an owner is on parole or probation and the business depends mainly on that person, the Lender obtains the Applicant's plan for continuing operations if the person is reincarcerated and considers requiring an additional full or limited guaranty.
