Persons convicted under the statutes listed in 120.6, debarred under Parts 127 or 128, indicted or charged, ineligible to contract with or receive licences from any agency, or subject to a published policy of denial are generally ineligible to take part in ITAR activities (120.16(c)); statutory debarment follows an AECA conviction, generally for three years, and administrative debarment generally lasts three years, with reinstatement never automatic (127.7), and debarment orders can extend to related persons (127.9). No one may apply for, obtain or use export documents for, or service any transaction benefiting, an ineligible person without prior disclosure and DDTC authorisation (127.1(d)). On the EAR side, parties named on the Entity List, the Unverified List, the Military End-User List and denial orders trigger licence requirements or prohibitions (744.11, 744.15, 744.21, 736.2(b)(4)).
This control maps to 3 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 3 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
