The Entity List identifies persons and high diversion risk addresses reasonably believed to be involved, or at significant risk of involvement, in activities contrary to U.S. national security or foreign policy, added under Parts 744 and 746. No item in an entry's licence requirement column may be exported, reexported or transferred without a BIS licence when a listed entity or an entity using a listed address is a party; no licence exceptions apply except for civil aviation safety items to listed Indian or Pakistani entities and as the entry specifies; review policy is the entry's. The End-User Review Committee (Commerce chair, State, Defense, Energy and, where appropriate, Treasury) decides changes; listed entities, owners of listed addresses and 50-percent-owned affiliates may request removal or modification in writing; for address entries the applicant names the specific entity and states the address is listed.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
