All ITAR exports of defense articles, technical data, services and brokering are subject to end-use monitoring by the Department of State through the Blue Lantern programme (120.17), and an unfavourable end-use check finding against any party is a ground for denying, revoking or suspending licences (120.18(a)(9)). On the EAR side, foreign parties whose bona fides BIS could not verify in an end-use check are placed on the Unverified List, after which exports not otherwise licensed require a UVL statement from the listed party before proceeding, retained under Part 762 (744.15). Exporters should support checks with accurate records and track outcomes that affect their customers.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
