What does 21-22 require?

Subject to any conditions the Commissioner sets, every employer arranges health supervision for workers who are, or could be, exposed to occupational hazards from pollution and other harmful agents, including a pre-assignment medical examination before tasks that may endanger their health or others', periodic medical examinations during employment that involves exposure to a particular health hazard, biological monitoring or investigations needed to keep exposure in check and watch over the worker's health, and regular medical examinations, biological or other tests after assignments that could cause or add to later health impairment. In the cases the Commissioner prescribes the employer arranges an occupational health service in the undertaking for workers and for others in the area under its influence, and every employer informs each worker of the health hazards involved in the work. The employer keeps and maintains records of the medical examination information in the format and for the period the Minister prescribes, including, so far as the Commissioner decides, data on workers' exposure to polluted air and to other harmful agents, and makes the records available for epidemiological and other research.
