Service providers with existing network facilities must let other providers co-locate on them (exchange and switching sites, land, rooftops, masts, towers, conduits and poles) where economically feasible and no major additional construction is required; the requester pays agreed compensation or an amount the Regulator sets, and the Regulator mediates and may order terms, considering safety and interference (68).
