Interconnection offered by a dominant provider designated for interconnection must be consistent with the Act and the Regulator's rules and orders (including charge and quality guidelines), no less favourable than its approved reference offer, meet all reasonable requests at any technically feasible point, and otherwise contain reasonable terms including technical standards (35(1)). It must apply similar conditions to all interconnecting providers in similar circumstances, give interconnection of substantially the same conditions and quality as it provides itself or its affiliates, supply necessary information and specifications on request, and use information from interconnection seekers only for its purpose, never disclosing it or using it for competitive advantage (35(2)).
