A designated dominant provider must file each interconnection agreement with the Regulator within 10 days of execution; the Regulator publishes it, and confidential information may be excluded on request, but interconnection charges and essential terms are not confidential unless the Regulator decides otherwise (38). The Regulator may order non-compliant agreements amended (39).
