Queensland Working with Children Check Act 2000 s370B: s 370B Answer the chief executive's audit and monitoring requests on time

A person or organisation in regulated employment or carrying on a regulated business, an employer of regulated workers, a person with a child-related duty in a public sector entity, or anyone else likely to hold relevant information must provide the information or documents the chief executive asks for in writing, in the way and by the date stated, unless they have a reasonable excuse (up to 50 penalty units).
