Queensland Working with Children Check Act 2000 s304O-P: ss 304O, 304P and 348A Return suspended, cancelled and replaced cards

A person told in writing that their working with children authority is suspended or cancelled must return the card to the chief executive immediately, unless they have a reasonable excuse (up to 100 penalty units each); a person issued a further card must return the replaced card within 7 days (up to 10 penalty units). Employers notified of a suspension or cancellation remove the person from regulated employment.
