A person who has a pending application, holds an authority, or has applied to cancel a negative notice must tell the chief executive within 7 days of a change in their name (including starting to use a different name), business information (stopping, or starting a regulated business not previously advised) or a disclosable matter such as a new charge or conviction, in the approved form (s 328B), and of any change in contact details, orally or in writing (s 328C); up to 10 penalty units each.
