Queensland Working with Children Check Act 2000 s369: s 369 Keep a register of employees in regulated employment

An employer of people in regulated employment keeps a register recording: the name and date of birth of each employee who has applied for a blue card; for each authority holder their name, date of birth, authority expiry date and reference number; for each employee in restricted employment their name, date of birth and whether the employer considers them a restricted person; and the name and date of birth of each employee not required to apply (up to 50 penalty units).
