Queensland Working with Children Check Act 2000 s350: s 350 Volunteers moving to paid work, or to a business for reward, notify within 14 days

A clearance holder whose card was issued on the basis of volunteer work or a not-for-profit business, who then becomes employed other than as a volunteer or starts a regulated business for reward, must notify the chief executive within 14 days and pay the prescribed application fee (up to 10 penalty units); a new clearance or replacement card may issue, and the replaced card is returned within 7 days (s 348A).
