Whoever receives a rental bond gives the payer a signed receipt at the time, stating the receiver's name, the tenant's name, the lessor's name if the receiver is not the lessor, the premises address, the date, the amount and, for co-tenants who say how they contributed, each tenant's share, and keeps a copy for at least one year after the agreement ends.
